It’s simple and easy to use the Peachaboo LED Light Therapy Pod. Individual treatment can take anywhere from just 15-30 minutes.

1. Cleanse your skin to remove all traces of makeup and lotions from the skin.
2. Set the Peachaboo LED Light Therapy Pod to your preferred wavelength, using the instruction manual provided. To select other colours, press the Yellow button.
3. Put on the protective eye goggles.
4. Lay down flat on your back in a comfortable position.
5. Position the Peachaboo LED Light Therapy Pod over your face so that it covers your entire face and relax for the duration of your selected treatment (between 15-30 minutes).
